Fastest: delete it inside the app
- Open the HomyZone or HomyZone Partner app and log in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, e-mail address and profile photo
- Your saved addresses and vehicles
- For partners: your service categories, work areas, live location, garage card photo, payout bank/UPI details and payout passkey. Your plan ends and auto-pay is cancelled.
- Your login and notification settings
What we keep, and why
- Records of past bookings, payments, refunds and wallet transactions, with your name and number removed. Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep these, for up to 8 years.
- Ratings you gave or received, shown without your name.
You can't delete an account while a booking or job is still in progress, or while money is still owed either way (unpaid dues, unpaid earnings, or a payout on its way). Settle those first.
